Oracle Solution Architect

About the assignment :

Do you want to play a key role in developing and maintaining Oracle's technology roadmaps? Do you enjoy integrating business needs and market trends with vendor solutions to create viable offerings? As an Oracle Technologies Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Technology Roadmap Development,

• Solution Integration,

• Strategic Consulting,

• Market Analysis,

• Solution Leadership,

• Commercial Support,

• Implementation Oversight,

• Strategic Formulation,

• Vision Sharing,

• Risk Management,

• Compliance Monitoring,

 

Profile :​

• Experience: You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Oracle Technology: You are well-acquainted with Oracle's product stack at various levels, including hardware and technical systems, database technology, as well as relevant middleware and application software. You have knowledge of these solutions in private, public, and hybrid cloud contexts.

• Strategic Trends: You are familiar with strategic trends, roadmaps, and expected developments from Oracle Corporation and can summarize the key benefits and limitations of most of them.

• Communication and Presentation Skills: You possess strong communication and presentation skills.

• Practical and Proactive Mindset: You have a practical and proactive mindset.

• Independent and Collaborative Work: You can work independently but also collaborate closely with design authorities, subject matter experts (SMEs), product managers, sales teams, engineers, etc.

• Degree: You hold a master’s degree.

• Languages: You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.

• Location: Depending on your location, you can work in our offices in Hasselt, Leuven, Ghent, or Antwerp, in combination with remote work and client visits.

 

Skills :

Proven Experience: You can demonstrate proven experience in previous implementations across multiple environments, covering many of the following technologies: #EXADATA, #EXACC, #ZFS, #RA23, #PCA, #OC3, #OLVM, #ORACLE LINUX, #ORACLE DATABASE, #MYSQL, #OEM, #EBS, #WEBLOGIC, #ODI, #GOLDEN GATE, #OCI, etc.
